Breezeway Confession

I was going through an old notebook and ran across this parameter. I now know how and where my intuitive talent belongs in my life. For some reason it struck me.

We spend so much time and energy skill building and learning new things that sometimes we miss the talent that we have naturally. We take it for granted and we don’t see it as valid or important. In fact many times we see it as a burden.

I call myself a breezeway. In fact a close friend and my husband have adopted it as my nickname. (But keep it to yourself, ok? I like to pretend to be normal in front of the RichDreamers)

When I’m into something I’m 200%. But as soon as a new strong breeze blows through I’m onto something else 200%. I really have to focus to stay on task. And I can be very moment to moment. Time escapes me on a regular basis and if I say I will “call you back in 2 minutes” it could be 2 days.

I used to see these traits as huge flaws that I needed to overcome. But as I began listening to my own intuitive direction I saw something else. I’m a channel. That’s how I speak, that’s how I write, that’s how I connect with people. I can’t plan a speech for my life. And writing happens to me and only when I get out of the way. I’m a super creative person. This doesn’t mean I’m a great painter (I’m terrible actually) it means my brain plays in the conceptual and the here and now with little regard for what’s next.

These are actually GREAT attributes for me. I can talk to just about anyone. And I can be super focused on things and accomplish a fair amount in a short time. I can do my work because of these talents. And the more I remember to celebrate what’s unique about me, the more successful I am in all things.

Write down about your intuitive talents, whatever they are. Look at what seems like a flaw and ask what it gives you in return. I bet you will be surprised.

Each of us is given the correct talent and abilities for the job we are here to do. Now celebrate your quirks and see them for what they are. Vital tools for your job on Earth!

Go get out there and BE YOU!! We need you.

Much love,
Penelope Pauley
