Quantum Selling returns must include a completed written 60 day logbook
Include original invoice with RMA number on it
Shipping cost or COD costs are not refunded
Items returned without an invoice will be issued a credit towards future purchases
Items returned without an RMA, 60 day logbook, and/or all original materials in saleable condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
